Hi, my name is Josh. I am listing a discounted-luxury apartment at the Alexan Lower Greenville (Dallas, Tx).… 3-month lease starting June 20th (end date: September 19th). Rent is $2,450 all in, but I am discounting $600 a month. Your rent: $1,850. I will also pay your application fee for suitable applicants. Reason for moving out: relocating for work. You can extend your stay by signing a new lease. You would be added to the lease as a roommate, but the unit will be completely vacant. I have verified with management that this is acceptable. The application process is completed directly through the apartment complex. Happy to coordinate a tour through the leasing office. Lower Greenville is a premier neighborhood in Dallas with a high concentration of restaurant and bars, convenient for your every need (and very walkable). The amenities are first class: pool, two fitness rooms, golf simulator, multiple expresso / coffee machines, skyline view, outdoor patios, "arcade" room, outdoor games, dog park, and all around beautiful building. Dog friendly. Internet and cable included.
