It has a beautiful, full screened front porch as well as a large back patio slab. It sits on 0.26 acres but it looks and feels so much bigger than that. (Look at the pictures). Under abrupt circumstances of having to put my mother into a facility quickly, I have not moved all her stuff out of the house yet and haven't deep cleaned YET. We have been undecided on whether we want to rent it out or just sell it, and if we sold it we would leave everything as is, which is why things have been left alone.
