Consisting of 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom apartments, this recently built community has an on-site manager, an on-site resident services coordinator, a community room with a full kitchen, laundry facilities, two playgrounds for resident children, and an exercise room. Section 8 vouchers are accepted and welcome. This is an affordable housing community and residents are income qualified. Rents are based on income. Ranges are provided below for guidance.
