My cozy, 1,000 square feet cabin is located on 13 acres of quiet, wooded, private property. The main house, which I live in, is located on this property next to the cabin (about 250 feet apart). Landscape features include a pond and many trees. There is a handicapped ramp attached to the back entry, which is where you will enter the cabin. There is a porch with a porch swing and outdoor chairs to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet of the country lifestyle. Also, there is an outdoor firepit you can use to warm up by or make s'mores. The guest can fish in the pond, have an outdoor fire in the firepit, grill outside on a charcoal grill, pet and brush the horses, feed them treats provided by the host and plenty of room to walk around. Some breakfast items may be provided, such as fresh eggs and fruit, depending on the supply and season. The cabin is located off of a private road shared by one neighbor. It is quiet here and you can see the stars very well at night. When it's warmer, you will hear frogs, crickets, and possibly coyotes at night.
