There is one reserved underground parking spot. There is an elevator and stairs in the building. The unit has a balcony with a bistro set for two and a small BBQ, although the complex has three large BBQs for public use just outside the unit. The balcony overlooks the large pond. There is central AC, but it gets great air flow with the windows open, even in summer. No pets please. There are washer and dryers on the same floor of the building. The unit is less than 10 minutes to Sony Studios and downtown Culver City, or 20 minutes to UCLA. 7 miles to the beach. There is a Ralph's, Chase, Target, Bed Bath and Beyond within walking distance.
