The home is fully furnished and includes a fully equipped kitchen, linens, bath towels, beach towels, and household essentials. Bicycles are provided, along with an enclosed downstairs storage/laundry room that's ideal for storing fishing rods, tackle, bicycles, and other outdoor gear, plus a chest freezer for bait, fish, or extra food storage. Optional pool heat is available for an additional $400 per month. No smoking is permitted anywhere inside the home. Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis with owner approval. A one-time $450 cleaning fee applies to all stays. Rentals of less than six months are subject to applicable Florida state and local taxes.
