28-night minimum stay. Rental periods begin on the 1st of each month and end on the last day of the month. Monthly rates vary seasonally. Rent includes electricity, water, trash and recycling service, lawn care, pool service, termite protection, A/C maintenance, high-speed Wi-Fi, and DirecTV. The home is fully furnished and includes a fully equipped kitchen, linens, bath towels, beach towels, and household essentials. Bicycles are provided, along with an enclosed downstairs storage/laundry room that's ideal for storing fishing rods, tackle, bicycles, and other outdoor gear, plus a chest freezer for bait, fish, or extra food storage. Optional pool heat is available for an additional $400 per month. No smoking is permitted anywhere inside the home. Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis with owner approval. A one-time $450 cleaning fee applies to all stays. Rentals of less than six months are subject to applicable Florida state and local taxes.
