Very private. Borders national forest land with insane views of Mt.Baldy. Private forest and park grounds access across the street. 12 minutes west of Lake Arrowhead, one hour and 20 minutes from LA. 18 minutes from San Bernardino. All of the amenities within 7 minutes. Goodwin's market, Lake Gregory, bars, restaurants. Vaulted ceilings with exposed beams, a circular gas fireplace, and psychedelic art adorn this beautiful space. The bedroom is an exposed loft above the kitchen. Basic bathroom/shower and kitchen. Would be a great place to write an album or novel. Very relaxing and inspiring! Might consider a well behaved, 100% potty trained pet. Yamaha U3 piano available for writing your opus! This is a really special place that's hard to put into words and pictures.
