We lived here for over 4 years, the first 3 years was fun and relaxing but the last year is by far the worst and the reason we decided to leave. Leasing staff is just there for a paycheck they do not care for the residents at all. The maintenance staff was friendlier and at least smile when working on the premises. There is no community engagement whatsoever, no events no activities provided by management for residents like most other apartment complexes. Residents are also notified of things happening around the premises the day off or while they are fixing or doing something within the hour. There is no heads up with construction projects, fire alarms, and electricity or water outages. We had a water issue in our building for over 2 months and there was still no cold water in our building when we left as well as limited parking, that alone should tell you how much they care about their residents. Also, there is a fee for anyone that makes a payment online, definitely not convenient at all. The worst part is hearing rumors from neighbors than some of the leasing staff is sleeping with other residents whom are married, not a great look for the community. As for the amenities…the gym is pathetic small and old, the only thing usable was the treadmills. The pool is always closed even during spring and summer, getting things fixed or have maintenance issues every week leaving residents without a decent pool day. The grills are never cleaned so be prepared to scrub before using. New appliances were needed in the apartments, appliances break every 3 months. We had our dishwasher break 3 times in a 6 month period, Dryer broke twice in a year, the AC breaks every summer so get ready for pure heat in the middle of summer and not have it fixed until 3 days later dealing with heat waves. Terrible wall paint that is hard to clean, the walls are super thin so beware of hearing other peoples conversations. The internet provided sucks especially if you plan to work from home. Roaches were everywhere outside and occasionally found inside, look in the cabinets for insect catchers that should give you an idea of how clean they keep the apartments when moving in. Premises is not appealing at all, the hallways smelled like dog pee and there were stains all through the building making it look trashy, defiantly not luxury as stated by management. Landscape was done on occasion and tends to start early so be prepared to lose sleep at 7 in the morning while they cut grass. Also, Residents don’t pick up after their dogs and the dog park is never clean. There were several loud residents screaming from the balcony through the week while you are trying to sleep and get ready for work in the morning. Also, there were several small snakes that slither around during colder weather, where nothing was done even with pictures sent to management. There is crime around the apartment complex, my husbands work van was broken into twice. There are no cameras around the complex except for the leasing office, club house and pool. So your out of luck if your window gets busted and everything in the car gets stolen or if your property gets damaged of vandalized. Police are always strolling through the complex because of the break ins and things happening around. There is no benefit to that if people are stealing from your car even with polices rolling around. Overall, I would not recommend living here due to more cons than pros. The only thing we loved about living here is the many grocery store and restaurants. Look the other way and find something worth your money.
