NEIGHBORHOOD
In a neighborhood of mostly retired persons. Bike path runs past the house on A street and continues for about 2 miles to the harbor thru the Front Street park. It also continues north along pebble beach drive for about 4 miles.
A very stable neighborhood with many retirees who have resided in their homes for many years. Located approximately 8 blocks from the police station, sheriffs station, and fire department. Also about 8 blocks to banks, restaurants and grocery store. 2 blocks to the Oceanfront Lodge which has one of the best views of the ocean from the restaurant in 100 miles. Three blocks to Sea Quake restaurant.
BIKE TRAIL- HIKING PATH
Runs past the unit and goes 4-5 miles north along Pebble Beach Drive and south east running past the light house all the way to the harbor boat launch / coast guard station. The path southeast is completely off the streets for about 2.5 miles and runs thru the park which wraps along the harbor for about .75 miles. This map is not up to date and the Harbor revamp was $50,000,000 after the last Tsunami and included upgrades bike and hiking trails.
OLYMPIC SIZE INDOOR POOL- HEALTH CLUBS
Is located at the east end of the park and is an amazing facility for a community this size. Several health clubs located 1.5 miles away.
Bus runs directly past the property regularly, is reasonable, and can take you to Eureka, Brookings, Or or Grants Pass, Or.
