STUDENTS please note, due to the property guidelines we follow we have certain limitations on our ability to lease to households of all fulltime students. Students who are currently or have been fulltime for 5 calendar months out of the year are not qualified for leasing unless they meet one of the following: At least one household member is either a part time student or is not/will not be enrolled fulltime for more than 4 months out of the calendar year, is currently married and filing a joint tax return, has a dependent who is claimed on your taxes, currently enrolled in a Job Training Program, if you have previously been in the foster care system or if you are currently receiving TANF benefits from the state.
