These townhomes were built with privacy and convenience in mind with air conditioning, a private exterior patio area, 2-car garage, basement storage and more. The floorplans include a spacious living room with either a gas or wood fireplace, first floor half bathroom, kitchen with a peninsula that has barstool seating and overlooks the dining area with pantry storage. The kitchen also has sliding glass doors that walk-out onto the fenced in patio area. The second floor has a large master bedroom with walk-in closet and master bathroom with shower, a large second bedroom with a huge wall-to-wall closet, and a second full bathroom with a tub/shower unit. The basement includes a rec room and an unfinished laundry room with additional storage as well as a laundry chute from the bathrooms above. Outside of the townhomes there is plenty of green space and minimal traffic once you are off of Campus Drive. Nature lovers will enjoy the proximity to the expanding Monk Botanical Gardens where visitors can relax in the contemplative environment of the Memory Garden and Memorial Plaza, climb the magnificent Treehouse, bring lunch and enjoy it under the roof at the "Potager" pavilion in the Kitchen Garden, view unusual plantings in the Meditation Garden, and explore the foot trails that wind through the fields and woods, and border the pond. The Crabtree Park Townhomes are one of Central Wisconsin's hidden gems. Dogs are considered (No Aggressive breeds, and sorry no cats).
