Resident activities include bingo games, art and craft classes, monthly resident birthday celebrations, coffee and donut socials, and exercise classes. Residents can relax in the professionally landscaped courtyard or join resident activities in the community room. Special events including monthly resident parties, bingo games, art and craft, monthly resident birthday celebrations, coffee and donut socials, and exercise classes are regularly scheduled. Age Restrictions: Head of household must be 55+ years of age. For spouses and non-spouses roommates must be at least 45 years of age. Income restrictions: 1 person cannot exceed $82,500/year; 2 people cannot exceed $94,300/year. Applicants must have a gross monthly income that is at least twice their monthly rent.
