There is off street parking and private entry. Many hiking trails and natural areas within walking distance.There are 1400 square feet with private entries, loads of storage, and a full laundry. The kitchen includes: a double sink, cabinets, microwave, full refrigerator, induction hot plate, larger convection toaster, air fryer, and rolling kitchen cart with cookware included. Other small appliances are available. Large bedroom and bath. All utilities and internet provided $500 non-refundable cleaning fee. Refundable $500 damage fee, depending on any damages rent period: monthly w/d in unit furnished off-street parking no smoking no pets air conditioning
