Current Renter will be out by end of May and has agreed to Appointment Only Viewing for new occupant. Secure this darling country home located just 10 minutes north of Cortez. Situated on 10 acres with views from the patio of open land and a horse or two. This is my guest home which is small (960 S.F.) and perfect for a single non-smoking person. I live next door; you will have privacy and respect during your stay. I'm quiet, no dogs, a few barn and house cats on the property. Please, no large family requests, the septic and home capacity is designed for one or two people only. I will paint as necessary and deep clean and plan on having it ready June 1st hopefully. The home is partially furnished; we can discuss leaving or removing furniture. Propane heat, free-standing Jotul heaters in living area and primary bedroom. Separate electric meter, propane tank and shared water. I have an older stacked washer/dryer in kitchen.. That's the only option for laundry in home. I lived in the home for a year and utility costs generally ran $75 electric, $200 every two month for propane and $35 water/month. I do charge $35.00 / month for the shared water cost.
