The bedroom comes fully furnished with a full size closet. There is also a TV logged into our subscriptions and a mini fridge/freezer. The home has almost every kitchen appliance and tool you may need. Washer and dryer are within the home. Lots of gorgeous outdoor space. Small home gym. No light pollution so the night skies are stunning. Little to no road noise so the house is quiet and calm (except a few dog barks and chicken clucks here and there). We have a large fire pit to enjoy. The home is about 7 minutes from the local Corralitos Market and 20 minutes to the beach and larger shopping areas. Currently in the process of sprucing up a designated guest room which will have a queen size bed and TV, for friends or family visiting. Tenants will be allowed to access this room with a prior arrangement for up to 3 consecutive nights (unless otherwise agreed). We have two dogs in the house as well as our two free roaming chickens. The house is not fenced so it is a large open property so a well trained and well behaved pet would be considered.
