If you need a home for your pet there will be a discussion & agreement with the owner, followed by you and the owner signing an agreement of pet expectations, cleanup, noise, fleas, and damages. The owner does not charge extra rent for pets, nor insist upon a non-refundable fee. There will be a pet deposit that is returnable at the end of the lease when all is taken care of appropriately. One block to the school complex; and Coronado's schools are rated tops! It's just an alley house; but, delightfully private & pleasant with 3 off-street parking spots. It consists of the main cottage w 2 bedrooms/1bathroom, plus a separate "casita" that has been used as an office, guest room, bedroom, sewing/hobby room, storage area, playroom, study room. The easy care patio has a watering system on an adjustable timer that you control. Fully fenced yard provides security for pets, kids, possessions. It's a clean, sunny, and charming older property. Attached to the house is a small laundry room with washer/dryer hookups (however, the current washer & dryer are functional and being left for the next tenant; so, if you choose they are available for your use, or removed). And, the laundry room has some space for a bit of storage. The kitchen has a microwave, gas stove/oven, frig, garbage disposal, and back door (into your side yard).
