Attached to the house is a small laundry room with washer/dryer hookups (however, the current washer & dryer are functional and being left for the next tenant; so, if you want they are available for your use, or will be removed). And, the laundry room has some storage space. The kitchen has a microwave, gas stove/oven, & refrigerator; also, there's a back door (into your side yard).
