There's plenty of space to roam where you can grow a garden, work on your car, etc. in a quiet peaceful setting. I have animals, so a good natured cat or dog and even a horse is negotiable. The base rent is $800 for private room, animals and storage area, are negotiable if desired. Financial check, background check and security deposit required.
