Congress West

Congress West is a four-story condominium building with 52 units. The building is located just north of Forest Park at the corner of Pershing and Union in the DeBaliviere neighborhood. The building offers a blend of historic charm and some modern conveniences. Also close to Barnes Jewish Hospital, Washington University, and Forest Park. Congress West offers one and two bedrooms. These units feature spacious layouts that include a living room with an open bar design to the kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, walk-in closets, and some include balconies. All electric with central heat and air conditioning. The building features an elevator. The laundry facilities are conveniently located on each floor. Our units are smoke free units. Tenants pay a monthly utility reimbursement fee for water, trash, and sewer of $65 per month to landlord, and then the electric and internet directly to vendor.
