650 minimum credit score
Income must be 3 X the monthly rent with either 3 months of paystubs or a job offer
letter that is dated with number of hours to be worked and pay amount.
Positive rental history
Cosigners are welcome. Requirements are 5 X the rent in income and above a 650
credit score. Cosigners will apply once the main tenant has completed their
application.
