Move-In Costs: First month's rent and a security deposit equal to one month's rent due at signing. Utilities: Renter is responsible for gas, electric, and internet/cable. Trash removal and condo HOA fees are fully covered by the owner. POLICIES & DEAL-MAKERS Parking: Includes full, exclusive use of the private, attached 2-car garage. There are zero additional monthly fees for parking or garage storage. Smoking: Strictly a non-smoking and non-vaping property (both inside the unit and on the private balcony). Pets: Small pets considered on a case-by-case basis with prior approval. Because we maintain a pet-safe household, we ask that you share details about your pets during the inquiry process. MAINTENANCE RESPONSIBILITIES Upkeep: Renters are expected to keep the private entry foyer, living areas, and appliances clean and well-maintained. Reporting: The condo features unique architectural details (including custom wood paneling and wallpaper); renters must promptly report any maintenance issues or leaks to the owner to prevent property damage. Snow & Trash: Renter is responsible for clear access to their immediate garage threshold; general community lane maintenance and park-side trash bins are handled via the neighborhood association.
