This requirement is for the safety of our staff and our tenants. APPLICATIONS AND APPLICATION FEE: There is a non-refundable $40 application fee that must be submitted with the application. We apologize but we do not accept Zillow applications. Applications are usually processed in three days. SPECIAL PROGRAMS: We apologize but we do NOT participate in HUD section 8 programs. We will lease to sheriff's deputy or police officer for $1000/month (discount). UTILITIES:: All utilities. Water, gas, and electric utilities are tenant's responsibility.
