This sun-drenched home is perfect for a couple or family of three who loves to gather and entertain. It features one bedroom with a queen bed and en suite bathroom with a shower. Different rooms in the home used as offices and libraries can be configured to accommodate a crib or twin/full bed. There is a second full bathroom.
Additional spaces include two sun filled offices for quiet work, both of which open out into the garden and a private side patio. You'll love the spacious dining room, a cozy living room (with wood burning fireplace), and a well appointed kitchen and pantry area, and private washer and dryer.
The home includes two additional private apartments, one of which is rented by our property manager, and a second which is one of the city's top-rated AirBnBs. It can be reserved for out of town friends and family for an additional, reduced nightly fee to easily accommodate guests.
Downstairs you'll find a secondary washer and dryer, storage, an additional refrigerator and food pantry. Outside is a locked storage garage for bikes and outdoor gear.
A five minute walk finds you in the middle of Five Points and access to shopping and dining: All Good Books, Drip Coffee, the Gourmet Shop, Hendrix the Bus and Goat's among our favorites. The university campus is a 10 minute walk just beyond Five Points.
Special considerations for our future renters: the master bedroom sits above the AirBnB so we are looking for conscientious, respectful tenants who can accommodate quiet hours and gentle footsteps on occasion. Reduced rent is offered for tenants who are handy and enthusiastic about maintaining and enhancing our garden.
The home is fully furnished. We can make room for personal artwork and books as needed, or can leave as is with our special and personal collection.
Lease term start and end dates are somewhat negotiable based on need.
A required, bi-weekly cleaner is included with the rent.
