Rent: $1,800/month. Deposit: $2,500. First and foremost, this is a fully furnished unit with all new appointments. The expectation is for it to be like a own home away from home used respectfully. What's not needed can be removed from the unit before move-in. Tenant Responsibility: Renter's Insurance Utilities (COS Gas & Utilities) Internet/Cable Utilities are typically approximately $75 per month for COS Gas and Utilities. Cable and internet varies; unit does not have Direct TV or FIOS latter may become available in years to come. There is no smoking permitted in the unit; the balcony provided will allow for you to smoke just outside the unit. Parking is assigned (1 carport and 1 garage) and no more than 2 cars are permissible for overnight parking. Guest parking is nearby, but does entail a 1 or 3 minute walk (two locations). Pets: the expectation is for well behaved and non-destructive pets. Maximum of 2 animals per covenants of the Association AND the lease. No birds, no livestock, and no venemous animals permitted. Nuisance animals will constitute a breach of contract. Gated community with keypad at front gate and fob for rear gate; HID swipe cards for community room access. Loss of these vital access devices will be at cost plus a $25 penalty.
