About the building

Our finished , garden level, walkout apartment (private entrance) is 894 sq ft, is fresh and clean and bright.… Both of the two bedrooms have plenty of closet space. The open concept kitchen and living area are comfortable and cozy. There is a full bath including a soaking tub, for a good soak after those long shifts. The apartment is fully furnished, including a mobile island that converts to a breakfast or wine bar and new kitchen appliances. The cozy living room, includes a television, with a streaming device. Wifi is available for your computer needs, with a private office corner if you are a remote worker. You will enter from a gate that goes down to the back yard, and enter into your own private home. The back yard is a lovely place to relax outside on beautiful Colorado days and a fire pit on those cool Colorado evenings. We have a chicken coupe that is now used for garden and yard supplies. We also have a very affectionate kitty named Marti and basset hound named Norma. We think the best parts of our new apartment home is the brightness, space, a private entrance, and LOCATION! Our location is in the desirable West area and minutes away from hiking trails, Garden of the Gods, and just a short drive to Pikes Peak and the Rocky Mountains, Conveniently located to many health care facilities, hospitals, grocery stores, and local dining, many places are a short walk away. **Special Considerations** Please know that we are able to negotiate some things on an individual basis for example, our pet policy. We do allow pets but have limits and size restrictions. The rental fee includes utilities, but there is a 100.00 per month extra charge per person beyond 2 people. Although our walk score, and bike score are not very high on Furnished finders... Colorado Springs is known for its bike friendly streets. If you are a cyclist, or just love to cruise on your bicycle through the city, you will find Colorado Springs a great place for cycling.
