The home does not have Central AC, there is a window AC unit in the home. -Parking spot provided for one car under the carport at the side of the home. -Winter months do bring the occasional snowfall in Colorado and the potential for icy road conditions, we advise guests to consider opting for a vehicle equipped with 4WD (Four-Wheel Drive) or AWD (All-Wheel Drive) for safer and more secure travel accommodations. -Please be aware, that there is NO mailbox access at this home. We are not responsible for lost mail. - Small pets considered with owner approval with a one time pet fee of $75 and we require a refundable security deposit.
