More parking available on Street. -There is a train nearby that goes by a few times a day (not too loud in the home) -This home sits behind another home that is used for business (a massage therapist) They are great, be sure to make an appointment! -The basement of this unit is used for storage - if access is needed, it is rare and they are very quiet and come/go within working hours. -This is a pretty private setting but there is no real yard, the back is pavement. -You are downtown, and you will see homeless people but they don't come on the property; it is very safe and this home is fairly private. -Winter months do bring the occasional snowfall in Colorado and the potential for icy road conditions, we advise guests to consider opting for a vehicle equipped with 4WD (Four-Wheel Drive) or AWD (All-Wheel Drive) for a safer and more secure travel accommodations. -Please be aware, that there is NO mailbox access at this home.
