Located in Wintersville, Ohio, the Colonial Heights manufactured home community is near parks and recreation areas, cities, entertainment complexes, and shopping. Though it's in a quiet area, it's conveniently close to Weirton, West Virginia, and Steubenville, Ohio. Our three-bedroom, two-bath homes feature large, bright kitchens, modern floor plans, and plenty of storage space for residents and their families.
