There will be times where you will have the entire house to yourself (and your colleague if you are renting both rooms and traveling together) since the owner often travels. The neighborhood sits at the base of Mount Diablo and has a neighborhood greenbelt, great for hiking, biking, and other outdoor recreation.The home has a beautiful backyard with a solar-heated swimming pool! There is also a community pool just down the street if you'd prefer that. A great way to relax after a long day's work. The home is a tri-level, meaning there are numerous stairs. The home is fully-furnished including linens and dishes. There is a washer and dryer on site. The owner does have two dogs (one large, one small, both friendly), but takes them along when traveling, so you must love dogs and not be afraid of a little dog hair! Utilities will be shared if you choose to turn on the air a lot in the summer (owner rarely uses the air), so shared cost would be anything above and beyond the average PG&E and water fees paid over time.
