The property has an Elderly designation with HUD and we pride ourselves on our ability to provide seniors with an affordable, safe, and comfortable living environment in the Memphis area. We have two floor plans at City View; take your choice of one of our spacious studio, or one-bedroom homes. Most units come with a private balcony for residents to sit out and enjoy the view of downtown and the Mississippi River. Residents will also enjoy socializing with one another in our large community room, or taking advantage of our on-site barber shop and sundry store. We offer covered, off-street parking and controlled building access for the comfort and safety of our residents. City View offers all its residents' excellent accommodations, a professional on site staff, 24-hour emergency maintenance response and a great place to call home.
