We are located in the heart of the Guadalupe Park neighborhood in downtown Salt Lake City. We are a widely diverse community with both low-income and market-rate options. We pride ourselves on providing excellent service on top of a beautiful, well-maintained apartment. Citizens West has a lovely, spacious clubhouse space for parties or events. We are nearly complete with our 2nd building - we will be adding a 2-story gym as well as a rooftop clubhouse, and 3rd floor patio deck. With the new building, we are adding approximately 80 more parking spots! This should address any worries about parking in busy downtown SLC.
