      After booking your stay, you will receive a check-in form from us. This form requires you to upload your identification which is securely shared with our company in order to secure your stay as well as verify your identity for your online payment. We prefer that the name on your method of payment matches the name on your reservation; if you use a method of payment that has a name other than the one that booked the reservation you will need to also upload photo identification for the person listed on the payment method as well as the person listed on the reservation. Lastly, we are partnered with Know Your Guest (Superhog) the leading vacation insurance provider. Before the booking begins, you will need to verify your details with Know Your Guest and pay a refundable damage deposit of $500 or buy a non refundable damage waiver of $50. Please make sure you complete this prior to check-in to avoid delays with your access to the property. We have security cameras on the entire outside of the property to ensure the number of cars, guests, and noise rules are followed. Check-In Time is 3:00 pm or after on the day of your scheduled arrival. Check-Out Time is 11:00 am on the day of your scheduled departure. There is a mandatory $50.00 fee for unauthorized late check-outs. Checking out 2 hours or more past the 11:00 am checkout time will result in paying the full day's rate without discounts and does not award you access to the property for the day. This is the fee for checking out 2 hours or more past 11:00 am. In addition, if you would like to extend your stay you must still formally request to do so. Please be sure to reduce volume levels from 10:00 pm - 8:00 am. We love our neighbors and we hope they'll love you too as our guests. Parties and large gatherings are prohibited at this property. WE DO NOT ALLOW PARTIES OR LARGE GATHERINGS. Your short-term rental is limited to the number of people you listed that will be staying at the property. THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PEOPLE PERMITTED IN THE HOUSE IS 7. NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS RULE WILL BE MADE. No visitors or additional guests are permitted. Pets are not permitted. Moreover, when you need to step out, please ensure your pet's safety and be considerate of future guests by using a crate. This ensures a stress-free environment, minimizes potential damages by them and provides peace of mind for you. No smoking (including electronic cigarettes) inside, near open doors or windows, or anywhere on the property where the smoke may go inside the house. When smoking outside please be sure not to throw cigarettes on the ground. Please dispose of them properly by making sure they are all the way out and placed in the trash. Failure to follow Smoking Policy will result in a $300 fine All fireplaces are for decoration only and may not be used. Using fireplaces in any way will result in a $250 fine for cleaning. Please close and lock all windows and doors when you leave the house. Towels & LinensGuests are required to keep towels and linens in good condition. Towels and washcloths should not be used to remove makeup or for any cleaning purposes. We provide black towels for the removal of makeup and these are the only towels that may be used for this purpose. Any permanent stains on towels or linens will fall into the category of negligent damage and the appropriate replacement fee will be charged to the guest. Replacement costs are $5 per washcloth or hand towel; $10 per large towel; $30 for any item of a sheet set damaged. Guests should NOT wash comforters or duvet comforters themselves as this can cause damage to those items and the washing machine. Do not flush anything down the toilet other than toilet paper.Please use appliances according to their intended use. Fire Safety; please be sure to exercise house fire safety (i.e. keeping paper and towels away from hot appliances, turning off appliances, etc). Please do not dispose of grease/oil in the drains or toilet. This should be placed in a disposable container and thrown away. We reserve the right; during your stay, to have access to the house for repairs or other necessary reasons. As our guest, you agree to pay for any damaged or missing items or damage to the house.
