There is a dresser, bed, artwork, and other furniture. Comfortable, cozy and plenty of storage for you to move right in and feel at home. This room is on the third floor allowing for extra privacy and a quiet feel. We have 2 full baths at the house. All throughout the house is completely furnished with a variety of artwork, gorgeous wood floors, Historic woodwork and beauty that you won't find anywhere else! In addition, the house is furnished on the first floor so you'll be set up right away to cook, grill outside and eat downstairs with a full kitchen supplied with everything you'll need! If you are friendly who likes to socialize at times, responsible, whom is kind and considerate to all of us and to a historical home and can help with chores then you are perfect for us. It's most important to me that you are happy with where you will be living and also with the people living here. I expect you to be able to pay rent on time and at a minimum sign a 6 month lease and month to month after that.
