Lease terms

Six-month lease required. One month's security deposit required. All utilities are included (gas, electricity, water, and internet). Single occupancy only. No additional occupants are permitted. Overnight guests require the landlord's prior approval. No smoking, no drugs, and no pets. Street parking available. Shared kitchen and bathroom must be kept clean at all times. Rent is due on the 1st of each month, with a grace period through the 5th. A late fee applies after the 5th. Background check, proof of income, employment verification, no prior evictions, and references are required. Violation of the lease or house rules may result in termination of the lease.
