Electricity & Gas (SDG&E) Tenant shall be responsible for payment of all electricity and gas services provided by San Diego Gas & Electric (SDG&E) for the Premises. Utility usage will be monitored, and Tenant agrees to reimburse the other tenant on the property for Tenant's portion of SDG&E usage as billed. Payment shall be made within 2 days of receipt of the usage statement or request for reimbursement by my main tenant. Water Usage Water service for the property is shared. Water usage shall be monitored, and Tenant agrees to pay their proportional share of water usage based on monitored consumption. Tenant shall reimburse the other tenant on the property for their share of the water bill within 2 days of notification of the amount due. Internet Service Internet service is shared between tenants on the property. The monthly internet bill shall be split evenly (50/50) between main Tenant and ADU tenant. Tenant agrees to pay their share of the internet bill within 2 days of receipt of the billing request.
