About the building

Our apartment was damaged in Helene. It is totally renovated and all shiny and new! This 1 bedroom, 1 bath ground level apartment is nice and cozy.… There is an open living, dining kitchen area. Everything is new! We have added and washer/dryer and a dishwasher. We are located walking distance to The Village. There is a nice covered porch to hang out on. The Rocky Broad River is across the street. Chimney Rock State Park is our backdoor neighbor. Ingles is about 15 minutes away. We are experienced landlords after years of managing rentals for ourselves and other property owners. We are 4.97 star host on AirBnB. I am readily available for questions and to give a tour.
