Some of them include: Best Intentions, Park and Field, The Burlington, The Double, Damn Fine Coffee, Scofflaw, and Rico Fresh Grocery store. The Blue Line train is about a 7 minute bike ride away; both the California stop or Belmont stop are about the same distance. The Armitage bus is half a block away and goes straight into Bucktown and Lincoln Park towards the red line/brown line and the Lake on a daily basis. The Fullerton bus is about 4 blocks away and also going towards the blue line, red line, Lincoln Park and the beach. Street parking is readily available and does not require a permit.
