Utilities A monthly utility package is required. Utility package pricing varies between apartments based on factors such as the building, unit size, and number of occupants. Pet Policy Maximum of 2 pets per apartment Cats are welcome Dogs are welcome in this building Dogs must be 60 lbs or less Breed restrictions apply Pet rent and a $300 pet fee per pet apply A picture of each pet must be uploaded with the application Restricted breeds include Doberman Pinschers, Pit Bulls, German Shepherds, and Rottweilers, including mixes thereof. If management determines that a dog resembles a restricted breed, they reserve the right not to proceed with the application. ESA and registered service animals are not subject to breed or weight restrictions with proper documentation. Pet fees and terms may be negotiable on a case-by-case basis, but any negotiation must take place before an application is submitted. Application Instructions Everyone over the age of 18 who will be living in the apartment must submit an application. Each applicant must: 1 Complete the rental application. 2 Pay the $50 application fee. 3 Upload a valid government-issued ID. 4 Upload proof of income. 5 Upload a picture of any pets. Important: After all applications are completed, the first month's rent must be paid before M Fishman will begin processing the applications. Please be prepared to submit the first month's rent promptly after completing the application process. The first month's rent will be refunded if the application is not approved.
