Lease terms

Minimum stay: 32 nights. A signed lease agreement is required before move-in. A non-refundable administrative fee applies to all reservations. Depending on the length of the lease, additional rent and/or fees may be required upfront before move-in. Rent includes high-speed Wi-Fi, water, trash, and routine property maintenance. Electricity and gas are included up to a reasonable monthly allowance. Excess utility usage may be billed separately for longer stays. The home is fully furnished and includes a fully equipped kitchen with cookware, dishes, utensils, and small appliances. Food, spices, cooking oils, and other consumable pantry items are not provided. In-unit washer and dryer are included. No smoking or vaping is permitted anywhere on the property. Pets may be considered with prior approval and an additional pet fee. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. The home is for registered guests only. Parties, events, and unauthorized occupants are not permitted. Government-issued ID and identity verification may be required before move-in. Monthly housekeeping is available for an additional fee. Early termination is subject to the terms of the signed lease agreement.
