When you arrive, you will park in the street in front of the house. The street can be busy, especially during rush hour traffic, but there has always been available parking right in front of the house. There are privacy bushes between the house and the street. You will walk in the gate, turn left, and enter the guest house at the side gate. Tranquil Atmosphere: Unwind with a sound machine and blackout curtains, offering you a peaceful retreat after a day of work or exploration. Space Details: Upon entering through your private entrance, you'll find a well organized space . On the left side is a bench and a place to put your shoes if you'd like. You will find a washer and dryer on the right side with a sink next to it. In the small entry area, there is also a kitchen cart providing essential cooking tools such as pots, pans, eating utensils, plates, bowls, a cutting board, and a drying rack. There are also extensions to the cutting board between the washer/dryer and sink if you need a larger working area. Over the sink you will see measuring cups, measuring spoons, a hot plate, cooking oil, salt and pepper, knives, and a water kettle. There is no actual kitchen, but just past the entry area, you will discover a refrigerator with complimentary bottled water, an air fryer/ toaster combo, and a microwave. There is also a coffee bar with a Keurig. Please be aware the sink does NOT have a garbage disposal, so please do not put any food down the drain. Bedroom The bedroom features plush queen-size memory foam mattress, ample charging ports, and a bright window with blackout curtains for privacy. There are 2 nightstands with charging ports, lamps, drawers, a desk, and a comfortable work chair. There is also a 43-inch smart TV, an extra side table, and a bench under the window. The internet is exclusive to the studio. Closet Inside the full size closet, you'll find a luggage racks hangers, an ironing board and iron, extra blankets, and a step stool. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire studio and en suite bathroom. A convenient keypad system ensures a hassle-free check-in process. This studio is attached to the main house but you have a private entry. Parking is free and on the street right in front of the house. Other things to note This studio is cozy and therefore intended for a single traveler. No parties Keep noise to a minimum as it is attached to the main house.
