Small driveway at front of home, plus free street parking in the neighborhood. Charlottesville Area Transit (CAT) stop a 5 minute walk. Washing machine and dryer on premises in unfinished basement accessible to guest - which is also available for guest's use for storage as needed (or home gym purposes - feel free to bring your own weights, pull-up bar included!). In main living area - linens, towels, cookware and utensils all provided. South-facing front windows provide a light-filled atmosphere all day long; while furnished back deck in a flower/tree-filled, sizeable fenced-in backyard surrounded by a safe and quiet neighborhood make home a private, wonderful place to relax. Unit is maintained strictly pet-free and smoke/vape-free - perfect for those with allergies, asthma, or any other related conditions or preferences calling for a fur, dander, and odor-free home. Monthly cleaning services also provided as part of your stay. Currently set up for one person or a couple who prefers having a second room to use as an office area, media/game room, and/or generally for more space to spread out - second bedroom currently equipped with fold-out couch as well as queen-sized air mattress, for any of your visitors or for those nights when you just need to kick your partner out for snoring. However, host is happy to add a bed to the second bedroom as requested and agreed upon between host and guest (for example in the case of 2 persons coming in as roommates).
