The 1,427 sq ft home features a shared living room, dining room, and kitchen with major appliances, plus a front yard and driveway parking. Your room comes optionally furnished with a bed frame and mattress, dresser, desk, bookshelf, and trash can, or unfurnished so that you can move in with your own setup. The house stays comfortable year-round with gas heating and electric AC, and your room has its own radiator, window AC unit, and overhead light with fan for extra control. You'll be joining three current 3rd-year students who are studying nursing, art history/studio art, and cognitive science/accounting in a friendly, welcoming household.

Roommates are 3rd-year students at UVA who love video games and cooking together. One plays cello, another likes learning French, and the third is skilled at card games. All are studious, with fairly regular sleep schedules, and are quiet and organized.
