Any request to modify fixtures or add wall hangings must be approved by landlord In advance. Would prefer roommates that have a similar schedule in terms of day and night time hours, with the expectation that all noises are silenced or substantially reduced by 10:30 pm. The dog, while adorable and precious to me has some idiosyncrasies that may not be cute to you. My expectation is my roommate is either a dog lover or at least very patient with a pet living under our feet. You can expect that he will bark on occasion and sometimes for several minutes at a time. If a dog barking periodically sounds intolerable this home would not be a good fit for you.
