Rent: $1,000 per month, due on the 1st of each month Security Deposit: $1,200 due at lease signing - refundable if in good standing at lease termination. Additional Policies: No smoking cigarettes inside the unit. Quiet, respectful living environment expected. Overnight guests allowed on a limited basis with consideration for the roommate. Renter should be comfortable sharing space and maintaining cleanliness.
