About the building
This is our bright and open-plan home in lively LoSo - in a great location near everything Charlotte has to offer.… 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms plus a bonus room with 2500sqft of living space. We are renting the home fully furnished with everything needed for your stay - preferably for a mid-term stay (see below).
We have an amazing back patio with a grill and a large yard for the kids to play. We are walking distance to the Scaleybark light-rail station and just minutes away from LoSo as well as Park Rd Shopping Center. Our neighborhood is amazing with great neighbors, neighborhood get-togethers and very family friendly.
Preferably we can rent the home for 9 months for the 2026-2027 school year (Sept-early June). This would be perfect for a family moving to the area, building a new home or renovating theirs and needing a place to call home for the time. We are open to shorter stays of at least 3 months and up to 1 year.
Small dogs may be allowed on a case-by case basis.
