I'm looking for a single, non-smoking, quiet, professional person that wants to live in this unique space. A pet may be negotiable depending on the specifics. An application and credit check is required. Also required are first month's rent and a security deposit. The rent is $1700.00 plus utilities. This apartment can be rented unfurnished or furnished for an extra fee. The furnishings shown may not be the ones used. The utilities and wifi are $200 per month.
