Welcome to Redding Casa Serena Apartments, a gated community in the heart of Redding that is conveniently… located near Mt. Shasta Mall, Hwy 44 and the I-5 freeway.
We feature one-bedroom or two-bedroom floor plans; each with a one car garage. All units include a ceiling fan in the dining area, central heat/air (two bedroom) or window heat/air (one bedroom), and dual pane windows. The kitchens are equipped with modern appliances, and we have an on-site laundry room equipped with five coin operated washers and dryers.
The swimming pool is open from approx April 15th through October 15th and there are two common barbecue areas to enjoy outdoor cooking.
Our on-site property manager is available to assist our tenants and for emergencies after hours. We strive to keep our community happy in a safe environment.
