Renting one bedroom in my home. The bedroom is a spacious room, with all needed to be safe, and comfortable. The is no heavy traffic into my home. It's with a no shared private bathroom. Full use of the kitchen. The neighborhood is quiet, clean, and stress free. I am located within five minutes of CSUDH, the mall, public transportation, and grocery stores. There are parks, fast food, and churches near by. I have a large back yard, where you can sit, and enjoy being outdoors. My home is clean, and rental guest is responsible for keeping their area clean.
