Our cozy 3 bedroom home with 1 bath is perfect for families wishing to stay near Los Angeles destinations. Close to the 110 and 405 freeway entrances, we are a 10 mile drive to Hermosa beach, 15 miles to Los Angeles airport, 20 miles to Hollywood, and 25 miles to Disneyland. This home is unfurnished, but with brand new kitchen appliances, a refrigerator/freezer, a gas stove/oven, and a microwave.
The kitchen has been remodeled and has brand new cabinets, new stainless steel sink, new stainless steel refrigerator/freezer, new stainless steel stove and microwave, and all new tiling.
Fresh paint has been applied to all rooms inside the house.
Our home is 1212 square feet. It is an older home in a quiet "blue collar" neighborhood. Two of the bedrooms are 10x11ft. The third bedroom is small (6 1/2 x 9ft) and can sleep one person. Our bathroom is 5 x 7 ft. and has all the necessities; bathtub, shower, sink, and toilet. There is only one bedroom that has a window AC unit, the rest of the home does not have air conditioning. There is off-street parking in the driveway for one vehicle.
Please note there is a small back house which is being rented out by a tenant. There is a separate entrance for this back house and it is gated off for privacy for both homes. The only common areas is the driveway for parking. There is also a small studio unit at the front left of the main house, which also has a private entrance, with one shared wall.
No pets/animals allowed. No waterbeds. No outdoor BBQ. No smoking of any kind or inside or on property.
Please also note there is no garage, no dishwasher, and there is a shared washer/dryer. There is parking in the driveway which can fit one car comfortably, or two cars snugly.
Serious inquiries should fill out the application on the Zillow website for a credit and background check. 1st month rent and deposit are required for move in with proof of income that is 3x's of rent.
