Pricing: Studio: $285/week or $695/month 1 Bedroom: $295/week or $795/month Monthly acceptance dependent on credit and employment/income history. Weekly acceptance primarily for applicants just starting a relationship with FIRCO LLC. There is no limit on how long you may stay under a weekly agreement. Many guests have stayed with us for years under weekly terms and appreciate the flexibility a weekly agreement offers. Monthly agreements roll over on a month-to-month basis and rent is due on the 1st of each month. Rental Requirements: Minimum 550 credit score required. Household income must be at least 2x the monthly rent. Income requirement does not apply to applicants with exclusively Social Security income. Security Deposit: Equal to one month's rent, flexible payment plan if needed in special cases. Pet Policy: $100 deposit per animal. Monthly residents: $50 additional per month per pet.
