The property is approximately 30 minutes to downtown Carmel. Palo Colorado is a gorgeous, remote, area, about 30 mins past Carmel by the sea. It has expansive ocean views but can be a challenge for some to get to. It requires an AWD or 4WD vehicle to drive the dirt road to access the house. There is a grocery store about 25 mins away in Carmel and a gas station about 20 mins away, in Carmel Highlands.
